For over twenty years, across four countries and two very different careers, I have been drawn to the same question: how do people — individually and in teams — find their footing when the ground shifts?
My path started in the arts and cultural sector — from Fondation Cartier in Paris to an Aboriginal art studio in Darwin, Australia, where I spent three years immersed in a culture that doesn't separate art from identity, community, or meaning. That experience changed how I understood resilience: not as bouncing back, but as the capacity to make sense of what you've been through and move forward with purpose.
Today I bring that understanding into two worlds. In organisations, I design and deliver science-informed trainings on stress management, psychological safety, emotional intelligence, and self-leadership — helping teams build the inner resources that no restructuring can provide. On the mat, I teach yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness with the same rigour and depth, training both individuals and future teachers in practices grounded in nervous system science and trauma-informed care.
What connects all of my work is a conviction that sustainable performance — whether in a boardroom or on a yoga mat — begins with self-awareness, and only becomes meaningful when paired with the tools to act on it.
