 Iโ€™ll be honest with you
Getting to this point wasn't easy


 At the age of 37, I was in my prime and I had my life set โ€“ or, at least that is what I thought, until my whole world collapsed after I was suddenly diagnosed with an aggressive form of breast cancer.

I didn't dare going without the conventional treatments, but I quickly opt for an integrative approach and changed my diet to best support my immune system and fight cancer.
Sowly, I healed, and I finally heard those precious words 
'You are now cancer-free'. 

Little did I know then, I was about to have a really rough time after cancer. Once left alone do deal with the after effects and the trauma of it all, I felt so broken, eaten up by fear, and unable to enjoy the life I had fought so hard to save...

When at 3am I found myself googling about recurrences, and ended up reading medical research pointing out the relationship between stress and higher risks of recurrence, I dropped from my chair. 

If stress, anxiety and emotional distress were clearly linked to higher risks of recurrence, how could survivors not be warned about it? Let alone be taught the coping and management skills we need to face the 'after cancer'!

This is when I realised it wasn't only about nutrition. I had to do the inner work, as my wellbeing was one with my health. 


I had the unfair advantage to be a Yoga teacher, and it was time to seriously put those skills at service!!!
To give myself all the chances, I enrolled back to school and certified as a sophrology body&mind therapist. I also trained in cognitive and behavioral therapy and dove deep in mindfulness, unveiling a powerhouse of happiness and self-growth.

I practiced again and again to regain control of my anxiety, I finally learned how to deal with fear and uncertainty, I healed my past and old wounds, and I learned how to trully love and accept myself. 

What a journey! It felt like getting back to life! Finally!!!

Q: I've finished my treatments a while ago, but I don't feel much better. Is it too late for me?
A: Absolutely not! I am sorry you spent unnecessary time in pain, but this will absolutely help you get back on your feet.

Q: Can I wait and join next month?
A: Yes, you can but the price might increase.

Q: How much support is included?
A: You can get all your questions answered within our support group (not to mention the support of other survivors on the same recovery quest as you are) and regular live teachings and Q&As.

Q: Does this work for all types of cancer?
A: Yes, this will kickstart and enhance your recovery from all types of cancer. The breathing techniques and movements I recommend are soft for your body. However make sure to check with your doctor if you have any doubt (in case of recent lung surgery for example)

Q: I have never tried yoga, breathing or meditation before. Will this be too advanced?
A: No, this is very beginner and practice-friendly and you don't need any prior experience. Just a open mind and the will to try something new.

Q: I haven't finished my active treatments. Will this still work for me?
A: Yes. Although this program is specifically designed for cancer survivors, it is never too early to start. It will give you a great overview of the steps ahead and allow you to already process a lot, as well as supporting your nervous system while still in treatments.

Q: I am a religious person. Will this be a spiritual preach of any kind?
A: Not at all! This is respectful of all religions and philosophies of life.
